| THEOLIA announces sale of Thenergo stake (2008/12/24 5:45 PM)
On December 23, 2008, THEOLIA sold its entire stake of 4,716,480 shares in Thenergo to Hestiun Limited for 15 million euros. The shares represent 24.02% of the capital of Thenergo, listed on Euronext in Brussels and Paris. As part of the deal, THEOLIA retains an option to repurchase the shares, at its discretion, within the next two years at a price ranging from 110% to 120% of the selling price. Thenergo, a pioneer in the biomass clean energy sector, was spun off from THEOLIA and listed in June 2007. The sale of the stake in Thenergo is in line with THEOLIA's strategic focus on its wind energy activities. About THEOLIA
