| Resignation from THEOLIA's Board of Directors (2009/02/13 5:45 PM) In line with the Company's recent decision to no longer include members of the executive team, Mr. Arne Lorenzen resigned as a member of the Board. Arne Lorenzen, Executive Vice-President Operations of THEOLIA, is with the Company since January 2006. Mr. Eric Peugeot, Chairman of the Board, thanks Arne Lorenzen for his contribution to the development of the Company as a member of the Board.
