| THEOLIA names Olivier Dubois as CFO (2009/04/28 6:30 PM) THEOLIA announces that the Board of Directors has appointed Mr Olivier Dubois to the position of Chief Financial Officer of the Group effective May 1, 2009. Marc van't Noordende, CEO of THEOLIA, said: “We are delighted to welcome Olivier Dubois to THEOLIA. With his vast experience and solid track record, Olivier is a great addition to the THEOLIA executive team and he will be instrumental in the ongoing restructuring and future development of the Group.” About Olivier Dubois Olivier Dubois, born in 1954, is a French national. He is a graduate from French business school ESSEC and Institut d'Etudes Politiques in Paris. Early in his career, Olivier Dubois spent 11 years (1980-1991) in industrial corporate finance with Banque Paribas followed by 11 years (1991-2002) with SPIE where he was Executive Director and Deputy Chief Executive Officer, responsible for finance, strategy, legal, tax, information technology, administration and financial communication. His most recent position (2002-2008) was President, Chief Financial Officer and member of the Executive Committee at Technip.
