THEOLIA'S 2008 DOCUMENT DE REFERENCE REGISTERED WITH THE AMF

THEOLIA announces that it has published its Document de reference for the year ended December 31, 2008. This has been filed with the French Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) on January 25, 2010 under number R 10-003.

The Document de reference is now available in French on THEOLIA's website (www.theolia.com) and the AMF's website (www.amf-france.org). It can also be obtained free of charge from THEOLIA's headquarters, 75 rue Denis Papin, BP 80 199, F – 13 795, Aix-en-Provence, Cedex 3, France. The English version will soon be made available on the website.

The 2008 Document de reference covers information relating to the fiscal year 2008 as well as the first half of 2009 and gives a detailed description of THEOLIA's activity, financial situation, risk factors and company outlook.

This is the first Document de reference published by THEOLIA since the one published covering 2006, thereby representing a significant step in the Company's management's ongoing efforts to improve the transparency and quality of communication with its shareholders, its stakeholders and the market.
