THEOLIA's Registration Document for the financial year ended on December 31, 2012 has been filed with the French Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF) on April 29, 2013.

It notably includes:

• the 2012 Annual financial report;
• the Report by the Chairman of the Board on corporate governance, internal control procedures and risk management; and
• the Statutory Auditors' reports and information related to their fees.

This document is available to the general public under the conditions provided by regulations in force and may be consulted in French on THEOLIA's Website (www.theolia.com) in the “Finance/Registration documents and securities notes” section and on the Autorité des Marchés Financiers' Website (www.amf-france.org).

The English version of the Registration Document will soon be available on THEOLIA's Website.
