Following the change in the corporate name approved by the Extraordinary General Meeting of October 28, 2015, FUTUREN announces the change in the stock market symbols of its financial instruments listed on Euronext as from Monday November 2, 2015, when financial markets open.

The name of the share becomes « FUTUREN » and the corresponding stock market symbol becomes « FTRN ». The ISIN code remains the same (FR0011284991).

The name of the convertible bond becomes « FUTUREN OCEANE2041 » and the corresponding stock market symbol becomes « YFTRN ». The ISIN code remains the same (FR0010532739).

The name of the stock warrant becomes « FUTUREN BS » and the corresponding stock market symbol becomes « FTRBS ». The ISIN code remains the same (FR0012285922).
