During April 2016, 150,165 stock warrants were exercised, which led to the creation of 50,055 new shares.

During May 2016, 896,616 stock warrants were exercised, which led to the creation of 298,872 new shares.

As at May 31, 2016, 116,164,471 stock warrants are outstanding. The exercise of all these stock warrants would lead to a cash inflow of 23.2 million euros that would allow FUTUREN to speed up its planned development.
