| FUTUREN informs of the conversion of the OCEANEs held by the EDF Energies Nouvelles group as at July 5, 2017 (2017/07/18 08:30 AM) The EDF Energies Nouvelles group converted the 5,916,569 OCEANEs it held as at July 5, 2017, on the basis of the temporarily adjusted conversion ratio of 8.16 shares per OCEANE [1], and received 48,279,202 new FUTUREN shares. Consecutively, the EDF Energies Nouvelles group held, as at July 14, 2017, 231,055,585 FUTUREN shares, representing the same amount of voting rights, i.e. 83.95% of the share capital and 83.71% of the voting rights of the Company. Following this conversion, the share capital of FUTUREN consists of 275,214,652 shares with a par value of €0.10 each. The ongoing Simplified Public Tender Offer initiated by the EDF Energies Nouvelles group on the shares and OCEANEs of FUTUREN will be open until July 19, 2017 inclusive.
