Chairman accepts resignations of three members of the Board   (2008/12/31 5:45 PM)

The Chairman of the Board of THEOLIA, Mr. Eric Peugeot, notes the resignations of three Board members: Mr. Andrew Marsden, Mr. Ramzi Nassar and Mr. Jacques Putzeys.

As a result of the transfer of General Electric's shares and options to GAMA Enerji last week, the two Board members representing GE Energy Financial Services, Andrew Marsden and Ramzi Nassar, have both resigned.

Mr. Jacques Putzeys, chairman of Thenergo, resigned his position on the Board following the recent sale of THEOLIA's entire stake in Thenergo.
