| Implementation of a liquidity contract (2012/12/05 07:30 AM) As of December 5, 2012, THEOLIA entrusts Kepler Capital Markets (Paris) with the implementation of a liquidity contract, in compliance with the Charter of Ethics established by the AMAFI (Association Française des Marchés Financiers) and approved by the AMF (Autorité des Marchés Financiers) on March 21, 2011.
