| Reaction to the article published in La Tribune on January 28, 2009 (28/01/2009 17:45) THEOLIA's management would like to point out the erroneous nature of the content of the article, published in La Tribune today, concerning the purported geographic limitation of wind energy business to continental Europe only in the non-competition clause signed in the context of Mr. Jean-Marie Santander's departure. Moreover, THEOLIA's management regrets that the obligation of discretion and the confidentiality rules imposed by the rules of procedures of the company's Board of Directors had not been respected in this article. THEOLIA's management will take every measure necessary to ensure the protection of the company's interest.
