Following the success of its capital increase and financial restructuring, THEOLIA continues its reengineering with a trimmed Board of Directors consisting of six directors.

Three directors have thus tendered their resignations: Mr. Louis Ferran, Mr. Gérard Creuzet and Mr. Philippe Leroy.

Mr. Michel Meeus, Chairman of THEOLIA's Board of Directors, stated: “With a new executive management and a lean Board of Directors, THEOLIA is now ready to pursue its development, on the basis of a strategy to create value for its shareholders, and to meet its future challenges.”
